I'm happy to share that Lily is finally sleeping through the night. We met with a pediatric sleep doctor several weeks ago to discuss Lily's lack of sleep. She was continuing to wake 3-5 times a night to nurse. We developed a plan to try and break Lily of the habit, but after a week and a half, things weren't getting much better. Last Sunday I reached a point where I knew we had to try something else. We both hadn't slept for 8.5 months and it was really starting to catch up with me. Levi drove Lily and I to Brainerd Monday morning as I needed my mom's help. For three nights we had to let Lily cry and boy was this painful. By far the hardest thing I have had to do so far in motherhood. On the fourth night, she slept through the night, and the fifth night, and the sixth night. We came back home last night and I was nervous how she would do in her own crib, but she slept all night.
We had such a great week up north with my family. Lily had a blast driving her car in Grandpa's garage.
Lily had her first tooth poke through two weeks ago. We had no idea it was even close as she wasn't at all fussy. One week later another bottom tooth came in. Fingers are crossed that teething will continue to be this joyful.
Although Lily was all dressed up for the Twins Opening Game, she stayed home with Grandma and watched it on tv. We will be bringing her this weekend to her first game of the season.

Lily started crawling backwards yesterday. She gets around pretty good, and I'm sure it won't be long before she is crawling forward.
